October 2, 2008 - New funding available for housing services in Port Clinton Port Clinton residents struggling to maintain and repair their homes can find help through the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP). The City of Port Clinton has been notified by the Ohio Department of Development that it will receive $522,000 to operate the CHIP for residents within city limits. [continued]
