Grant Writing and Administration for Local Government and Other Agencies
WSOS Housing Development has decades of experience in identifying state, federal, and other grant resources, grant writing, and grant administration. We are happy to share our expertise - it is just one way in which WSOS supports local communities and organizations.
Community Development Block Grant administration. WSOS staff have worked with the Ohio Small Cities CDBG program since its inception in the early 1980’s. - The Little Bark Creek Dev., offering affordable Modular Homes to First Time Home Buyers
- We handle the post grant management including the responsibility to maintain grant files, resolve complaints, and handle issues such as audit follow-up questions
- Home Wx. Assistance Program
- Clyde Tax Credit Project with WODA Development housing for the elderly
- TSA program with funding source from USDA Rural Development
- HUD program with funding source from Rural Housing and Urban Development
Grant Research and Writing. WSOS Housing Development looks out for funding programs that may assist local governments in making priority projects happen. Programs with which we can help vary from Ohio Department of Development
Grant research and assistance services are not limited to local government. We can work with community based and other organizations to meet their program goals.
