Overview


WSOS is a HUD approved counseling agency. The Housing Counselors assist and educate potential homebuyers with credit problems, budgeting and savings, fair housing, steps in the home buying process and how to be a successful homeowner.

  • Getting a mortgage loan

  • How to build equity in your home.


Eligibility Requirements


Housing education classes are available to anyone interested in learning about the home buying process.
