Overview

Children receive care for up to 12 hours per day, 5 days per week. Children will experience quality early education care with developmentally appropriate materials and practices provided by educated and experienced staff.

Benefits

Early Head Start is designed to reinforce and respond to the unique strengths and needs of each individual child and family. The mission is to enhance the development of very young children and promote healthy family functioning. This includes comprehensive medical, mental health and disability services for children with special needs.

Eligibility Requirements

All families with children birth to 3 years old in need of childcare because of parent employment or educational pursuit are encouraged to apply. While eligibility is based on federal poverty guidelines, we will look at each family’s situation and assist them in finding the best option for their family’s circumstances. Children with special needs are always welcome!
