First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program

Overview

First-time homebuyers may qualify for up to $7,500 in down payment and closing cost assistance.

Funds may also be available to assist with bringing the home up to program standards. This assistance is a combination of a grant and a deferred, interest-free loan with no payments due until the sale or transfer of the home.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants cannot have owned a home within the last 3 years.
