Overview

WSOS will be hosting Tax Clinics for any households earning less then $57,000 in 2009.

Appointment times will be 5:30-8:30 on weekdays and 10:30-2:30 on Saturdays. We will not except walk-ins due to the high volume of projected participants. Walk-ins will be accepted only on Saturday, March 6th at the OBB Mobile Bus in the Brady parking lot, Sandusky County.

Participants DO NOT have to live in the county of the Tax Clinic, please just let your counselor know at the time of your appointment.

Requirements

• Government Issued ID
• Social Security numbers for all household members
• ALL household income sources, including W2's, 1099's, and 1098's
• Information about other sources of income, and last year's tax return (if available)
• Deduction and credit information
