Overview

WSOS will be hosting Tax Clinics for any households earning less then $60,000 in 2012. Walk-ins will be accepted, time allowing.

Participants DO NOT have to live in the county of the Tax Clinic, please just let your counselor know at the time of your appointment.

All tax clinics will be from 9am - 5pm, with the last appointment at 4pm.

Requirements

• Government Issued ID
• Social Security numbers for all household members
• ALL household income sources, including W2's, 1099's, and 1098's
• Information about other sources of income, and last year's tax return (if available)
• Deduction and credit information
• Bank routing and account for Direct Deposit and last year's taxes (if available)
