Welcome to the website of WSOS Community Action Commission, Inc
Employment and Training. Since 1965, WSOS has been administering programs and support
services to individuals, families, and communities. Established in response to the
Economic Opportunity Act of 1965, WSOS was created to aid in the war on poverty.
WSOS wages that war in Wood, Sandusky, Ottawa, and Seneca
counties as well as many other areas and states, hence the name WSOS. WSOS contracts with
federal, state, and local governments and organizations for the purpose of developing,
administering, and delivering human and social services.
